Step 2: Gather Necessary Information

Step 3: Access the Ekyc Enrollment Section

You will usually reset or unlock your token through the WD ProxKey  You Need to Re Download Request

1. Open the ekyc Application: Login your ekyc account and requst to re download DSC Resion by DSC WD token unlocked or call for Re Download DSC Helpline No 

2. Go to enrollment Section and Request for Re download DSC : If you have them, enter administrative credentials. If not, contact your IT department for access.

After resetting the token and open DSC download Utility and Type aplication no and Downloading Passcode ANd Download DSC:

1. Check DSC status: Exit the application and ensure you are logged out.

2. Attempt to Log In with the New Password: Re-enter the WD ProxKey token into your device and use the new password to log in.

3. Verify Functionality: Check that all functions and features of the token are working as expected.
